If you do not like our services, you can discontinue it and your balance money will be refunded.
Which plan should I go for?
Go for the Budding Business Plan, Growing Business Plan or Big Business Plan if the average number of calls received by you is approximately 10 per day, 25 per day or 100 per day, respectively.
What are departments?
Businesses have multiple departments to focus on specific activities, similarly different departments in MyOperator can be used to route calls to different groups of users, as well as measure and compare call volumes, performance of agents within and across departments.
What is a Pro license?
A user with a Pro license is a person who can access the MyOperator web app along with the authority to do activities within the panel based on his role and permission.
What is the difference between a user/extension and user with Pro license?
A direct extension is for a user or telephone number that can receive or make calls from your MyOperator business number. Unlike a user with Pro license, an extension user does not get MyOperator panel access.
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept payments through all types of cards. Your card would be linked to your MyOperator account for hassle-free payments.
