Quick Access Panel

Manage MyOperator

Manage your Users and Departments on MyOperator to fit your business requirements.

IVR and Dial Groups

Listen to your IVR from the panel. If you think you want to substitute the IVR, place a .wav file in the IVR Manager.

Add a new Group of Calls and the Key Press for the caller to reach it. Select an algorithm to select the connection style. You can add multiple users to attend to calls of this group. These callers can receive the call at the same time, one after the other or in a circular manner. Add as many users as are relevant.
Try to define the Dial Groups to precisely reflect the consumer sentiment.

Manage Users

Add an Extension number of every User you add. Every User you add can manage his / her own calls. They can be directly accessed by their extension.
Get a personal log of calls that came to groups assigned to you.
Manage the departments you are responsible for.

Web Users

Enable a User to access his own calls and manage the departments he-she is responsible for. Just enter the e-mail address of the User and assign which calls you want him to access. You can assign what permissions each Web User will have.
1. An Administrator can have access to all features of MyOperator.

2. A Moderator can access all features except Paid feature* (Find name, ClickOCall) of MyOperator
3. A Basic Web User can access only his calls in the panel. He cannot make any changes to MyOperator.
All your sales personnel will be your Basic Web Users. A department head should be made a Moderator so that he can view all calls to his department and monitor.

Manage Departments

Add departments and assign the Web Users who maintain the reporting of all calls to that Department. For instance, if you have a Dial Group for Online Sales Support and another for Offline Sales Support, a Department named Sales can be made. Assign the related Dial Groups to this department. A Sales Manager can be made a Web User to this Department so that he gets complete call details of Sales Support calls.

Get the complete route that a call takes. If for instance, a caller dials a key to Demo Group and his call first goes to a User ‘Second’, but he misses it. The call then goes to ‘second ’ User, he picks it. The Display will depict this entire call flow for you!
